Dániel Bali

Executive Director, Co-Founder

Being a 3 times World Champion, 5 times European Champion, World Games Champion, having led the FIG World Ranking List for two consecutive years in two different categories, Dániel earned to be one of the biggest names of Aerobic Gymnastics in his time. His has a comprehensive vision of manageing talent: continuous success comes when everything falls into its place. The Gymprove model was developed based on this mindset.


Gaia Brambilla

Associate Director, Co-Founder

Gaia is a former Italian National Team member in Aerobic Gymnastics. She is an Advanced coach with more than 10 years of experience. She coached in Italy, Hungary working with World class gymnasts and also in Australia, representing the team overseas. She is a choreographer as well, creative and always keen to experiment new styles. Artistic, positive and holistic approaches guided her through the creation of Gymprove.

The Team

Gymprove is a team of gymnastics experts with very divers backgrounds. We believe diversity is one of our most important assets, as different experiences lead to different thought processes and approaches. Sharing those aspects will continue broaden our toolkit and perspective. We aim to get better every single day, therefore our organisational culture is strongly based on feedback – equally within the team and from our clients.

Davide Donati

Choreographer, Physical and Technical Coach

Davide is a former Italian National Team member of aerobic gymnastics and 3 times world champion. He has a degree in Physical and Sports science and now he’s an aerobics coach, physical trainer, choreographer and a teaching assistant at the Sports Science department at Università Cattolica in Milan. His goal is to reach the maximum potential of each athlete’s physical abilities and help them showcase their unique personalities.


Sofia Pappa

Sport Nutritionist

Sofia is a former Greek National Team member in Aerobic Gymnastics and national champion for 10 consecutive years. She is a nutritionist with MSc degree in Sports Nutrition and a master practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity. Deepening her knowledge in nutrition after her retirement, she realized that optimal performance and nutrition are closely linked. She aims to support gymnasts maximize their results according to their body’s needs.


Julia Kunert

Sport Psychologist

Julia is a former German national team member and 3 times German champion in Aerobic Gymnastics. After her career as a gymnast and a year abroad in El Salvador, she graduated in Sociology with a Master of Science in Sport Psychology. Since then, she has been working as a sport psychological coach, and has worked with various athletes, teams, and coaches. Additionally, Julia is an accredited Life Kinetics Performance Coach. it is her ambition to integrate sport psychological topics among athletes, coaches, and clubs in a sustainable way.


Kata Hajdú

Leotard Artist

Kata is a former member of Hungarian National Team of Aerobic Gymnastics, and she is a  gold medalist at World Games, European and World Championships. Being a talented painter and artist she started designed competition leotards for the Hungarian National Team. She contributes to the gymnasts’ success by creating beautiful and unique leotards, to make them feel more powerful and confident on the stage.


Fanni Mazács

Sport Pharmacy and Doping Prevention

Competing for Hungary for over a decade, Fanni is a European, World and World Games champion in Aerobic Gymnastics. Besides her career in aerobics she graduate as a pharmacist.  As an experienced international athlete she understands how important it is to be aware of the regulation of drugs and supplements. Her aim is to eliminate misconceptions about medical products and anti-doping processes.


Deborah Greenbaum

Sport Pharmacy and Doping Prevention

Deborah, a 12 time Australian Aerobic Gymnastics champion and World Cup finalist, holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy with first class honours. She also presents for Sport Integrity Australia while regulating therapeutic medications with Australia’s Department of Health. She is passionate about sports pharmacy doping prevention and uses her skills to ensure safe sport and peak performance.



Paola Mariani 

Ballet Teacher

Paola is a former ballet dancer who has been practicing since the age of 5. She attended the Teatro Alla Scala Academy of Milan and learned from world wide famous instructors. Later, she graduated with merit at the Royal Academy of Dance. Paola aims to share ballet fundamentals and transmit her knowledge and experience executing technical ballet movements based on lines and elegance.


Charlotte Densch

Choreographer

Charlotte is an active member of the German national team competing individually and among her teammates on all different kinds of competitions. She made it to the Finals on the World Cup stage in individual and group as well as other Finals on the World and European Championships. Besides her gymnastics career Charlotte supports the development of younger generations as a coach and choreographer while being a psychology student. With a positive attitude towards life and gymnastics she wants to empower athletes to be able to show their unique selves on the stage and enjoying the journey that comes with it.
